General Refund Policy

Fynplee is committed to providing quality image recognition services to our users. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Fynplee’s website. If you purchased our services through a third party, please contact them directly for refund information.

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be considered.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for services that are proven to be defective or not as described. To qualify for a refund, you must provide evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or error messages.

Partial Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your subscription to Fynplee's image recognition services, you can do so at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancelled subscriptions will not be eligible for a refund of any fees already paid. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.
